Pura Raza Española Mare by Schleich

Pura raza española mare by Schleich. Hand painted animal figurine by Scheich from the Horse Club collection. The Pura Raza Española Mare from Schleich® Horse Club enchants with her long, flowing mane that is typical for this horse breed. Her similarity to the Andalusian horses is no coincidence as the Pura Raza Española, or PRE for short, are a breeding line within the Andalusian breed. They have been recognised as a separate breed by the Spanish breeder’s association since 1912. You can therefore say that all PREs are Andalusians but not all Andalusians are PREs.

Schleich products are made of various plastics and dyes, which are carefully selected to meet the respective requirements. Most typically plastics used are polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), in addition to other plastics typical for toys. Even the material suppliers are subject to strict controls by our quality officers. The dyes used are optimally adapted to the different types of plastic and demonstrate top-rate mechanical and chemical resistance. They ensure the high durability of Schleich products and make all Schleich pieces saliva and sweat proof as well as abrasion-resistant, and thus ensure that they are completely safe for playing with. Only once a product meets fully all international laws, standards and guidelines for toys is it released for production. All Schleich articles and materials comply with the national and international toy requirements applicable worldwide, as well as the new European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and DIN EN 71.
