When one day Sera came upon a clearing in the forest while looking for medicinal herbs, a unicorn stood there that was not shy and didn’t immediately disappeared, as unicorns usually do. No, it stood there calmly and allowed Sera to pet and feed it, and even got excited when the elf gently took a seat on its back and rode home with it. Sera was so proud as she rode through the streets of her home of Soleyas. Since then, the two of them have been inseparable. Sera lovingly cares for her unicorn, decorates, and feeds it. In return, it takes the elf to mysterious places where she has never been before. Do you want to discover unknown places along with them?

Fun fact: The unicorn has a soft saddle of leaves which magically holds Sera on when they ride off.

Schleich products are made of various plastics and dyes, which are carefully selected to meet the respective requirements. Most typically plastics used are polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), in addition to other plastics typical for toys. Even the material suppliers are subject to strict controls by our quality officers. The dyes used are optimally adapted to the different types of plastic and demonstrate top-rate mechanical and chemical resistance. They ensure the high durability of Schleich products and make all Schleich pieces saliva and sweat proof as well as abrasion-resistant, and thus ensure that they are completely safe for playing with. Only once a product meets fully all international laws, standards and guidelines for toys is it released for production. All Schleich articles and materials comply with the national and international toy requirements applicable worldwide, as well as the new European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and DIN EN 71.

We love Schleich’s realistic animal figures, a quality toy that stimulates the child’s imagination as well as teaching them about animals and wildlife.
